Position: Product Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and support of our range of affordable IoT-based air quality monitoring solutions. This position combines technical insight with business collaboration, ensuring our devices fulfill user requirements and function effectively within our broader monitoring ecosystem.
You will act as the central connection between Sales, Customer Support, and Engineering teams, delivering comprehensive product knowledge, guiding hardware and firmware enhancements, and supporting ongoing innovation.
Key Responsibilities
•Provide technical guidance, documentation, and product clarifications to Sales and Customer Support teams.
•Serve as the primary product expert, maintaining strong command of device hardware, firmware, and integration with IoT platforms.
•Collect and analyze customer input to shape practical product upgrade strategies.
•Partner with engineering to define, prioritize, and implement product improvements and firmware releases.
•Coordinate with software and platform developers to ensure reliable device connectivity and accurate data transmission.
•Oversee the full product lifecycle—from initial concept and validation through manufacturing and field deployment.
•Keep updated records of technical specs, product documentation, and version updates.
•Support real-world testing and QA processes to verify device performance and durability.
•Track industry developments and competing offerings to uncover paths for differentiation and advancement.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Computer Science (advanced degree preferred).
•2–5 years of experience in product management, technical support, or related roles involving IoT hardware products.
•Solid grasp of IoT systems, sensor technologies, and wireless communication standards (e.g., Wi-Fi, LoRa, NB-IoT).
•Knowledge of firmware development cycles and cloud-connected data environments.
•Strong interpersonal and cross-functional coordination abilities.
•Self-driven mindset with a practical, action-oriented approach to resolving challenges and enhancing product value.
