固体氧化物燃料电池（SOFC）开发总监/技术专家，按人定级定岗定薪open。 Director/Manager of SOFC Development 招聘岗位为具有很强固体氧化物燃料电池（SOFC）知识背景和工作经历的专家，主要负责固体氧化物燃料电池（SOFC）技术与产品开发，致力于研究高性能、高耐久性、高性价比的产品。 We are seeking a senior Chemical/Materials Engineer to lead a team to develop SOFC for automotive and the other application in fuel cell systems. The successful candidate will lead efforts to develop high activity/durable/ cost-effective products. 岗位职责： DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES：  全面负责 SOFC 电堆模块的设计、研发与材料选型 Be responsible for SOFC stacks design, development and material selection  全面负责 SOFC 电堆产品标准和验证能力的建设 Be responsible for the development of SOFC stack product standards and verification  全面负责 SOFC 电堆及零部件开发实验室的建设 Be responsible for the construction of SOFC stack and component development laboratory  全面负责电解质膜、电极材料等关键材料的研发设计、合成 Be responsible for the R&D, design and synthesis of electrolyte membranes, electrode materials and other key materials  全面负责电催化性能测试和机理研究，失效分析 Be responsible for electro-catalytic performance testing and mechanism research, failure analysis  全面负责涂膜制备工艺 Be responsible for developing ink recipes and coating processes  评估合作方电解质膜/电极材料技术和工艺的可行性 Review and identify the technology viability/feasibility/practicability of Sinocat’s external partners.  了解、更新燃料电池及相关行业动态 Stay abreast of literature in the above areas as well as perform competitive analyses  确认固体氧化物燃料电池（SOFC）最新技术进展，制定产品技术开发策略和计划 Identify the technical advance in SOFC and develop the strategy & plan of products/technologies  负责技术研发团队建设并逐步打造出一支具有国际竞争力的技术团队 Take a lead in R&D technical team and - build an internationally competitive technical team 基本要求: Basic Requirements：  化学、材料学、化学工程等相关专业博士学位或等同学历、经验 PhD in Chemistry or Materials or chemical engineering or related Engineering disciplines, or equivalent training  五年以上 SOFC 研发相关工作经历 More than 5 years’ experiences in SOFC development  具有较强动手能力、自我激励能力和解决问题能力 Hands-on, independent, self-motivated contributor with strong problem-solving skills  对 SOFC 使用的电解质膜、电极材料有深入的理解 Strong understanding of electrolyte membrane and electrode material used by SOFC 具备带领多学科团队开发产品、技术能力  Able to lead a project team with multi-disciplinary to develop product & technology， including the initiation and complete of project  熟悉汽车领域的产品技术开发体系和相关开发工具（如 APQP、 FMEA、 DVP&R、 FTA、 MSA 等） Familiar with product & technology development tools in automotive field (such as APQP, FMEA, DVP&R, FTA, MSA, DOE etc.) 以下条件优先考虑: The Following Conditions Are Preferred：  成功地领导产品技术开发的经历 Successful experiences in product & technology development, including project initiation & complete.  具有 SOFC 及相关的专利 Patents of SOFC or relevant to fuel cell  DEFSS 的工作经验 A few years’ experiences in Design for Six-Sigma（DFSS） ps：薪资福利供参考，具体按人选背景、能力和面试评估综合来定，可上下浮动，特别优秀者再议
