工作内容 Job Description:
- 新项目的导入 - 电子/机械产品 The introduction of new project – electronics / mechanical products:
• 负责PCBA及整机产品的成本核算，涵盖机械部件与包装材料。
Performing quotations of PCBA & finished products, including their mechanical parts & packaging.
• 与客户及供应商直接对接，主导首件PCBA和成品的研发与验证工作。
Developing & validating the first PCBA & finished products samples through direct communication with customers & suppliers.
• 搭建新产品所需的测试平台。
Setting-up the test benches of newly introduced products.
• 在SMT及组装产线推动新产品的量产导入与实施。
Implementing the mass production launch of newly introduced products, on both SMT & assembly production lines.
• 根据新产品导入及既有产品变更需求，编制并维护生产与管控文件。
Create and update any Production & control documents according to company needs for new products and old product updates.
• 在采样阶段对SMT及组装产线进行必要过程监控，确保品质稳定。
Performing the necessary controls during sampling phase both on SMT & assembly lines to ensure reliable quality.
• 依据客户技术要求，规划新产品的装配与测试治具方案。
Define assembly / testing tools for newly introduced products according to customer’s specifications.
• 确保NPI阶段的产品资料与技术规范顺利移交至生产工程部门。
Ensure transfer of product files & specifications from NPI Department to Production Methods Department.
• 通过样品测试验证报告内容的准确性。
Validation of samples by tests / Accuracy of test reports.
• 向质量部门提供技术支持，协助分析异常并制定返工流程。
Provide technical analysis to quality department to help solve issue and provide rework methodology
- 生产工艺的规划 The definition of production methods:
• 编制标准化作业指导书，支持产品批量制造。
Drafting the Work Instructions to implement the mass manufacturing of products.
• 规划车间产线布局，并落实现场实施安排。
Designing the production lines layout & implementing that organization in the workshops.
• 制定出口产品在托盘上的包装作业规范。
Define methods of packaging for products to be exported on pallets.
• 明确生产过程中所需的质量控制点，保障制程品质可靠性。
Define the necessary quality controls to be made on production lines to ensure a reliable quality.
• 对相关人员进行作业指导书执行及产线品控要点的培训。
Train other employees regarding the implementation of Work Instructions & quality controls on the production lines.
- 其他 Others:
• 根据公司发展及项目推进情况，可能增加未列明的相关工作任务。
Tasks may be added to above list according to company evolution and project development/follow-up.
• 高效执行主管交办的其他工作事项。
Perform any other tasks assign by his Supervisor Act quickly & efficiently.
• 通过有效沟通与精准执行，达成客户需求并提升客户满意度。
