Chief Technology Officer – Group Level
岗位定位
作为集团技术最高负责人，全面负责多个业务线的技术架构设计、系统安全、研发管理与技术战略，支撑集团规模化扩张、合规运营及未来上市。
核心职责
1. 技术架构与系统设计
负责集团多业务线、多国家、多监管环境的整体技术架构设计
构建高可用、高并发、可扩展的系统架构（微服务 / 云原生 / 数据中台）
主导核心系统（账户、钱包、支付、风控、内容、数据）的技术选型与长期演进路线
2. 安全与合规
负责集团整体信息安全、数据安全、隐私保护体系
建立并落地安全规范：
o 账户安全 / 资金安全 / 风控反欺诈
o 数据合规（不同司法辖区的隐私与数据要求）
应对监管审查、第三方安全审计、渗透测试
3. 研发进度与团队管理
管理多个研发团队（内部 + 外包 + 海外）
制定研发流程、版本节奏、质量标准（DevOps / CI-CD）
对研发进度、技术债和系统稳定性负最终责任
4. 技术战略与商业支持
将业务目标转化为可执行的技术路线
支持新业务快速落地、并购技术整合
为管理层和董事会提供技术决策建议

任职要求
10 年以上大型互联网 / 平台型公司技术经验
曾担任 CTO 或核心技术负责人，管理过多项目、多团队
对高并发系统、安全架构、金融或交易系统有深度理解
有跨国业务、合规环境或上市公司经验优先
技术判断力强，能平衡速度、成本与风险

Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Group Level
Role Overview
As the Group’s most senior technology executive, the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is fully responsible for overall technology architecture, system security, R&D management, and long-term technology strategy across multiple business lines.
This role is critical in supporting the Group’s large-scale expansion, regulatory compliance, and future IPO readiness.

Key Responsibilities
1. Technology Architecture & System Design
Design and oversee the Group-wide technology architecture across multiple business lines, countries, and regulatory environments
Build high-availability, high-concurrency, and scalable system architectures, including microservices, cloud-native platforms, and data middle platforms
Lead technology selection and long-term evolution roadmaps for core systems, including:
oAccount & identity systems
oWallet & payment systems
oRisk control & anti-fraud systems
oContent platforms
oData platforms and analytics

2. Security & Compliance
Take full ownership of the Group’s information security, data security, and privacy protection frameworks
Establish and enforce security standards covering:
oAccount security and fund security
oRisk control and anti-fraud mechanisms
oData protection and compliance across different jurisdictions
Lead responses to regulatory reviews, third-party security audits, and penetration testing

3. R&D Delivery & Team Management
Manage and scale multiple R&D teams, including in-house, outsourced, and overseas teams
Define and implement R&D processes, release cycles, and quality standards (DevOps / CI-CD)
Take ultimate accountability for delivery timelines, technical debt, system stability, and reliability

4. Technology Strategy & Business Enablement
Translate business objectives into clear, executable technology roadmaps
Support rapid launch of new businesses and post-merger technology integration
Provide strategic technology insights and recommendations to executive management and the Board

Qualifications
10+ years of technology leadership experience in large-scale internet, platform, or technology-driven companies
Prior experience as a CTO or senior technology leader, managing multiple projects and teams
Deep expertise in high-concurrency systems, security architecture, and financial or transaction-based systems
Experience in cross-border operations, regulatory environments, or publicly listed companies is a strong plus
Strong technical judgment with the ability to balance speed, cost, risk, and long-term scalability
