• 分析客户文件（BOM, Gerber文件）。
Analyze customer documents (BOM, Gerber Files) in order to identify:
- MSL组件 MSL components
- PTH组件 PTH components
- 编程组件 Polarized components
- 等等 Etc.
• 检查BOM中所有的零件在Gerber文件中的标识，编程标识也一样。
Check that all components from the BOM are marked on the Gerber Files & that polarization is marked as well.
• 根据特殊零件的焊接规范(如IC,BGA,QFN ,QFP 零件)，制定钢网规格。
Define steel mask specifications according to the soldering criticality of specific components (IC, BGA, QFN, QFP components).
• 预测评估PCBA试产与量产阶段总体规划，（布置SMT线，完成SMT编程）。
Estimate a global planning for sampling phases & mass productions of PCBA (preparation of SMT line, preparation of the SMT program).
• 能编写三星贴片机的SMT程序（如SM421、SM481）。
Be able to do the SMT program on a SAMSUNG SMT machine (SM421 & SM481).
• 解决试产及量产阶段期间产生的问题。
Resolve SMT problems during samples phases & mass productions.
• 能操作AOI和SPI设备。
Be able to use AOI & SPI machines.
• 管控SMT设备喂料器装载的零件与BOM清单中的零件规格一致。
Control that the components loaded in the SMT machine feeders are in accordance with the components specifications listed in the BOM.
• 用LCR表,测量试产及量产阶段首件的电阻，电容，电感。
Perform LCR measurement on resistors, capacitors & inductors on the first sample for each sampling phase & mass production.
• 与客户协商一致解决生产过程中面临的一些问题。
Resolve in accordance with the customer some problems faced by the production.
• 根据公司新产品和老产品更新的需要，创建和更新任何控制文件。
Create and update any control documents (CD) according to company needs for new products and old product updates.
• 编写和更新控制文件，例如：新产品和升级产品的作业指导书或产品标签。
Create and update production documents such as Working Instructions or Product Labels for new products and product updates.
