职位描述：
1、负责业务数据的采集、归集与深度分析，为管理层决策提供可靠的数据依据与洞察支持。
2、搭建并持续优化数据报表体系，按时输出业务分析报告，帮助各职能部门掌握运营实况。
3、利用BI工具开展数据挖掘与模型构建，识别运营瓶颈，输出可行性优化建议。
4、与业务部门密切协同，深入理解需求，设计匹配的数据支持方案，助力效率提升。
5、跟踪数据质量表现，保障数据准确统一，快速定位并处理异常数据问题。
1、Responsible for gathering, consolidating, and conducting in-depth analysis of business data to deliver dependable insights and support strategic decision-making.
2、Establish and continuously refine the reporting framework, produce timely analytical reports to assist departments in monitoring operational performance.
3、Utilize BI tools for data exploration and model development, uncover operational bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations.
4、Work closely with business units to understand needs, design tailored data solutions, and drive efficiency improvements.
5、Monitor data quality metrics, ensure accuracy and consistency, and swiftly resolve data discrepancies.
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，统计学、信息管理、计算机科学或相关专业背景。
2、具备3年以上BI或数据分析相关工作经验，熟练掌握SQL、Excel及至少一种主流BI工具（如Tableau、Power BI等）。
3、具备较强的业务敏感度，能从数据中提炼核心信息，有效支撑业务决策。
4、出色的英文沟通表达能力，可面向非技术团队清晰解读复杂分析结果。
5、具备独立解决问题的能力，能在高效工作节奏中主动思考，不断优化分析方法与流程。
1、Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Information Management, Computer Science, or related discipline.
2、Minimum of 3 years’ experience in BI or data analytics, proficient in SQL, Excel, and at least one major BI platform (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
3、Strong business sensitivity with the ability to derive key insights from data to effectively inform decision-making.
4、Excellent English communication skills to clearly convey complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences.
5、Capable of independent problem-solving, proactive thinking in high-pressure environments, and continuous enhancement of analytical workflows.
