【岗位职责】
1、制定并落地执行经营分析策略，借助BI工具输出数据洞察，为业务决策提供有力支撑。
2、带领团队开展数据挖掘与深度分析，发现业务增长潜力与优化空间，提高整体运营效能。
3、协同各职能部门，保障数据的准确性与时效性，为业务推进提供高质量的数据服务。
4、构建并持续优化报表体系，强化数据可视化呈现，提升业务信息的可读性与实用性。
5、辅导团队成员提升专业能力，推动数据思维在企业内部的传播与实践。
1、Develop and execute business analytics strategies, leveraging BI tools to deliver actionable insights that support strategic decisions.
2、Lead data exploration and in-depth analysis efforts to uncover growth potential and improvement opportunities, driving operational effectiveness.
3、Work cross-functionally to maintain high data quality and timeliness, delivering robust data support for business progression.
4、Build and continuously refine reporting frameworks, enhancing visual presentation to improve clarity and usability of business data.
5、Guide team development and capability building, fostering a data-driven mindset across the organization.
【任职要求】
1、本科及以上学历，统计学、信息管理、商业分析或相关专业背景。
2、具备5年以上BI或数据分析工作经验，有经营分析实践经验，具有团队管理经历者优先考虑。
3、熟练掌握SQL、Python/R等数据处理语言，熟悉Tableau、Power BI等主流BI工具。
4、具备流利的英语沟通能力，可与海外团队顺畅协作。
5、拥有卓越的领导才能，善于激发团队活力，推动创新并应对复杂挑战。
1、Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Information Management, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
2、Minimum of 5 years’ experience in BI or data analysis, with practical exposure to business performance analytics; team leadership experience is preferred.
3、Strong proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and familiarity with mainstream BI platforms such as Tableau and Power BI.
4、Fluent English communication skills, capable of seamless collaboration with global teams.
5、Exceptional leadership abilities, with a proven track record of inspiring teams, driving innovation, and tackling complex issues.
