Position: Quantum Information / Quantum Algorithms Expert
Remote Work / Full-time
I. Key Responsibilities
1. Top-level design & cross-domain innovation
Play a key role in shaping the architectural framework for multi-quantum-state dynamics, and lead the development of hybrid quantum–classical computing models suited for intricate, evolving systems.
Convert high-level theoretical concepts into precise quantum information formulations, establishing associated quantum protocols and algorithmic structures.
Advance the convergence of quantum computing, AI, machine learning, and quantum system modeling, and develop simulations to study complex quantum dynamics.
2. Quantum algorithms & complex quantum system design
Design specialized algorithms for constrained multi-quantum-state environments, including quantum optimization, quantum learning, and game-theoretic control strategies.
Investigate effective implementations of hybrid quantum–classical approaches for multi-state quantum systems, along with techniques to monitor and influence their dynamic behavior.
3. Collaboration
Work hand-in-hand with experts in AI, mathematics, economics, social sciences, and philosophy, translating interdisciplinary needs into robust, actionable quantum system designs.
Deliver comprehensive technical documentation, design specifications, and scholarly articles when applicable; evolve from a “technical specialist” into a “technical leader,” generating impact at the nexus of deep knowledge and innovative application.
II. Qualifications
Master’s degree or higher in Quantum Information, Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or a closely related discipline.
Demonstrated research background in quantum algorithms and/or quantum simulation; applicants with proven project outcomes or strong publication records are highly favored.
Strong grasp of core quantum physics and quantum computing principles (e.g., quantum gates, quantum algorithms, quantum error correction, etc.).
Hands-on experience with at least one quantum programming or simulation platform, such as Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane, or comparable tools.
Proficient in Python programming; prior exposure to C++ is beneficial but not mandatory.
Adaptable mindset, experienced in collaborative interdisciplinary settings, capable of integrating new insights and refining technical strategies as needed.
III. Nice-to-have
Knowledge of quantum security, post-quantum cryptography, or engagement with quantum ethics topics, with the ability to incorporate these aspects into system and protocol development.
Involvement in open-source quantum initiatives or experience contributing to or coordinating community-driven quantum activities.
