【Job Responsibilities】 1. Merchant System Planning and Product Design Responsible for the overall planning and iteration of the merchant system, including core modules such as merchant onboarding, contract signing, fee rate configuration, fund account management, clearing and settlement rules, billing cycle models, and risk control review. 2. Merchant Onboarding and Lifecycle Management Design and optimize the end-to-end process for merchants, covering application onboarding, information collection, qualification review, activation configuration, permission management, exit procedures, and suspension mechanisms. 3. Merchant App and Merchant Portal Product Development Responsible for the functional planning, interaction design, and requirement iteration of the Merchant App and Merchant Portal (web version), catering to the usage scenarios of key account (KA) and small-to-medium enterprise (SME) merchants in Europe. 4. Collaboration on Payment Systems and API Integration Drive API integrations with POS systems, ERP, PMS, e-commerce platforms, SaaS, and third-party systems, coordinating with technical teams to complete solution design, debugging, and launch. 5. Fund Settlement and Reconciliation Process Development Plan product capabilities related to merchant settlement, bill generation, fund allocation models, reconciliation mechanisms, exception handling, billing cycle configuration, and fund flow management. 6. Compliance Review and Risk Control Integration Develop KYC/KYB/AML review processes and suspension mechanisms in line with regulatory and business requirements, collaborating with risk control and compliance teams for implementation. 7. Communication and Support for European Merchant Needs Engage with KA and SME merchants in the European region for requirements alignment, version training, product interviews, and feedback collection, delivering product optimization proposals. 8. Cross-Team Collaboration and Project Advancement Maintain efficient collaboration with business, technical, operations, finance, legal, and compliance teams, driving projects from requirements gathering and scheduling to launch and acceptance. 【Qualifications】 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher from a full-time, accredited university (first degree). 3–7 years of experience in To B or merchant system products, with a background in merchant platforms, clearing and settlement systems, backend systems, or payment systems. 2. At least 2 years of team management experience. 3. Familiarity with at least two of the following scenarios/systems: - Merchant onboarding/contract signing/qualification review - Merchant App/Merchant Portal - Payment systems, POS, or API integrations - Clearing and settlement/billing/fund allocation/fund accounts - Merchant backend and account/fee rate configuration - Resident merchant management and lifecycle operations 4. Understanding and experience with KYC/KYB/AML compliance processes, capable of integrating risk control strategies into product design. 5. Ability to independently conduct business research, requirement analysis, prototype design, PRD writing, project advancement, and launch evaluation. 6. Strong cross-departmental communication skills, with experience collaborating with technical, operations, finance, legal, or overseas teams. 7. Proficiency in English (both spoken and written), enabling direct communication with overseas teams and European merchants. 8. Familiarity with the business models, settlement needs, compliance requirements, or operational processes of KA and SME merchants in the European region is preferred. 9. 上班时间每个小组根据第一单时间情况合理安排,大家要自觉遵守迟到有惩罚。下班时间一般6点过,超过7点算加班。每天加班工资现结,每个月工资6000(第一个月5000,每一万提成500块,以此类推)。加上提成,餐补,水补,加班费,出行补贴,高温补贴等综合下来我们最低工资的工人每年到手10万左右。
