一、招聘岗位 / Job Position
英文老师 / English Teacher
二、任职要求 / Job Requirements
•本科及以上学历，英文、教育相关专业和教学资质，在校期间成绩优异。 / Bachelor’s degree or above, major in English, Education or related fields with teaching certificate; excellent academic performance during school.
•具备3年以上英文教学经验，有6-学生教学经验者优先。 / More than 3 years of English teaching experience, with rich experience in teaching students aged 6-15 is preferred.
•英语口语流利，发音标准，具备良好的听、说、读、写能力；母语为英文者或有雅思教学经验者优先。 / Fluent in oral English, standard pronunciation, with good listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities; native English speakers or those with IELTS teaching experience are given priority.
•具备较强的课堂管理能力和教学组织能力，能激发学生英文学习兴趣，引导学生积极参与课堂互动。 / Strong classroom management ability and teaching organization ability, able to stimulate students’ interest in learning English and guide students to actively participate in classroom interaction.
•热爱教育事业，有耐心、有责任心，喜欢孩子，具备良好的团队合作意识和沟通能力。 / Passionate about education, patient and responsible, loves children, and has a good sense of teamwork and communication skills.
•熟悉现代教学方法，能熟练使用AI教学工具及多媒体设备者优先。 / Familiar with modern teaching methods, able to use AI teaching tools and multimedia equipment proficiently is a plus.
