Job Responsibilities
1.In-house Product Development
Take charge of full-cycle development of in-house manufactured products relying on internal processes, from concept design, specification confirmation, cost control and BOM management to sampling verification and mass production. Ensure products meet actual production requirements. Only provide support for purely outsourced finished products without taking charge.
2.Management of Sample Technicians
Directly arrange and manage work of internal and external sample makers, clarify technical requirements, follow up work progress, review finished samples and optimize working methods to build an efficient execution team.
3.General Technical Support
Solve technical problems in product development and production, formulate unified technical standards, provide technical support for sales and sourcing teams, and share core technical work.
4.Production Process Improvement
Optimize internal production procedures, eliminate production bottlenecks, compile SOPs, promote on-site management and support smooth new product mass production to stabilize production operation.
5.NPI & Quality Assurance
Establish clear QC standards, monitor pilot production, analyze quality issues and implement corrective actions, feed back practical experience to R&D and avoid unexpected problems in mass production.
