职位详情
岗位职责：
1、负责海外工厂各类项目的采购统筹工作，涵盖供应商开发、样品申请及供应资源管理；根据项目实际需求，保障项目在成本优化的前提下实现稳定交付；
Responsible for purchasing coordination of all projects in overseas factories, including supplier development, sample request, and supply base management; ensure stable project delivery with optimized cost based on actual project needs;
2、在项目团队中独立推进采购任务执行，牵头组织项目组与供应商开展技术及商务层面的沟通会议；
Independently drive procurement execution within the project team, lead technical and commercial discussions between project members and suppliers;
3、协同总部与当地物流服务商，完成由总部发出设备与物料的本地清关流程；
Collaborate with HQ and local logistics providers to handle local customs clearance procedures for equipment and materials dispatched from headquarters;
4、联动总部与本地供应商，共同应对并解决工厂来料存在的品质异常问题；
Work jointly with HQ and local suppliers to address and resolve quality issues related to incoming materials at the factory;
5、制定本地工厂月度/季度/年度付款安排，保障供应商货款结算的准时完成。
Establish monthly/quarterly/annual payment schedules for the local factory to ensure timely settlement of supplier payments.
任职要求：
1）全日制本科及以上学历，供应链或电子类相关专业背景，具备海外采购经历者优先考虑；
Full-time bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain or electronics-related field, candidates with overseas procurement experience are preferred;
2）具有电子或电气行业采购工作经验，熟悉半导体器件、结构件等关键物料；
Experience in procurement within electronic or electrical industries, familiar with key components such as semiconductors and structural parts;
3）具备良好的沟通协调能力与团队协作精神，拥有商务资源或管理经验者更具优势；
Strong communication and coordination skills, teamwork-oriented, those with commercial resources or management background have an advantage;
4）能适应国内外出差安排，可配合全球协作需要参与夜间线上会议；
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, able to attend night meetings to align with global teams;
5）英语听说读写流利，具备西班牙语或葡萄牙语能力者优先录用；
Fluent in English in both spoken and written form; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus;
6）目标感强，积极主动，具备良好的职业态度与执行力。
