岗位职责：
1、 负责海外工厂各类项目的采购全流程管理，涵盖供应商开发、样品申请及供应资源维护；根据项目实际需求，保障项目在成本优化的前提下实现稳定交付；
Responsible for end-to-end purchasing management of overseas factory projects, covering supplier development, sample requests, and supply base maintenance; ensure stable project delivery at optimized cost based on actual project needs;
2、 在项目组内部独立推动采购事项落地，牵头组织项目团队与供应商开展技术与商务对接会议，明确双方执行要求；
Independently drive procurement execution within project teams, lead technical and commercial alignment meetings between project members and suppliers to clarify implementation requirements;
3、 联动总部与本地物流服务商，推进由总部发出的设备与物料在当地的清关操作；
Collaborate with HQ and local logistics providers to facilitate customs clearance for equipment and materials dispatched from headquarters;
4、 协同总部及本地供应方处理工厂来料过程中出现的质量异常问题，推动闭环解决；
Work jointly with HQ and local suppliers to address quality issues arising from incoming materials at the factory and drive resolution to closure;
5、 编制本地工厂月度、季度及年度付款安排，保障供应商款项结算按时完成。
Formulate monthly, quarterly, and annual payment schedules for the local plant to ensure timely settlement of supplier invoices.
任职要求：
1） 本科及以上学历，主修供应链管理或电子类相关专业，具备海外采购工作背景者优先考虑；
Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain management or electronics-related field, candidates with overseas procurement experience are preferred;
2） 拥有电子或电气行业采购实践经验，熟悉电子元器件、结构件等物料特性与供应情况；
Practical purchasing experience in electronic or electrical industries, with familiarity in electronic components, structural parts, etc.;
3） 具备良好的沟通协调能力与团队协作精神，拥有商务渠道资源或管理经历者更佳；
Possess strong communication and coordination abilities, along with teamwork mindset; candidates with commercial network or management background are advantageous;
4） 可适应国内外频繁出差安排，能够配合全球协作需要参与夜间线上会议；
Able to accommodate frequent domestic and international business travel, and available for night meetings to align with global teams;
5） 英语听说读写流利，具备英文书面沟通与口头表达能力，掌握西班牙语或葡萄牙语者优先；
Fluent in English in both spoken and written forms, capable of effective communication; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus;
6） 目标导向明确，自我驱动力强，保持积极进取的工作状态。
