注：需上夜班，两班倒，8:00 - 20:00 与 20:00 - 8:00，每两周轮换一次，上六休一。
1、负责管辖范围内设备的异常处理及日常维护保养工作；
Responsible for handling equipment abnormalities and performing daily maintenance in the assigned area.
2、制定并持续优化预防性维护计划；
Develop and continuously optimize preventive maintenance schedules.
3、参与新设备的选型、安装、调试及验收工作；
Participate in the selection, installation, commissioning, and acceptance of new equipment.
4、分析设备故障原因，汇总问题并制定实施改进措施；
Analyze causes of equipment failures, summarize issues, and implement corrective actions.
5、对频繁发生故障的设备进行技术改造与升级；
Carry out technical upgrades and modifications on equipment prone to recurring failures.
6、管理设备档案、技术资料及相关图纸；
Manage equipment records, technical documents, and related drawings.
7、评估并改善设备运行过程中的安全防护状况；
Evaluate and enhance the safety performance and protective measures of equipment operation.
8、严格执行6S管理规范，养成良好维修作业习惯，重视职业健康与安全；
Strictly follow 6S management standards, develop good maintenance practices, and prioritize occupational health and safety.
9、完成上级交办的临时性工作任务；
Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
10、遵守公司信息安全相关规定。
Comply with the company's information security policies.
任职资格 Qualification
1、大专及以上学历，机电类相关专业，具备5年以上设备维护经验，有设备技改项目参与经历；
College degree or above, major in mechanical and electrical field, over 5 years of equipment maintenance experience, with involvement in equipment improvement projects.
2、熟悉电路基本原理，能独立开展设备电气系统故障分析，具备PLC、电机、继电器、接触器等电气元件的检修能力；掌握西门子或三菱PLC编程技术，可读取和理解PLC程序；精通设备机械结构原理，能准确识图并完成机械部件的拆装与装配，具备基础机械制图能力；
Understand fundamental circuit principles, capable of independent fault diagnosis on electrical systems; skilled in maintaining and repairing electrical components such as PLCs, motors, relays, and contactors; proficient in Siemens or Mitsubishi PLC programming, able to read and understand PLC programs; expert in mechanical structure principles, able to interpret mechanical drawings and perform assembly/disassembly, with basic mechanical drafting skills.
