知名航点系统供应商驻场岗位，入职签订正式劳动合同，缴纳六险一金，双休 As a key member of the Hardware Development Team, the Hardware Test Engineer will be doing HW requirement-based test, troubleshooting Flight Control Computer (FCC) product, providing solution to fix the FCC product issues, and write relevant documents. The candidate may also be required to do onsite customer support. This role uniquely requires a hybrid skill set: robust hardware testing expertise combined with entry-level (or above) embedded software programming and EDA-based hardware design capabilities. 任职资格 Primary Responsibilities: • Test Planning & Case Development: Define comprehensive hardware test plans and write test cases based on product requirements, covering functional verification, interfaces, power supply, Signal Integrity (SI), EMC, and environmental adaptability. • Test Environment Setup: Design and set up test environments, including the development of simple test boards, fixtures, and collaborating with external vendors to build integrated test platforms. • Troubleshooting FCC product: Test and find the failure root cause of FCC product returned from customers. Provide solutions to fix the issues. Generate relevant documents, including test report, proposal of issue fix, etc. • Test Software/Logic Development: Develop embedded test programs and automation scripts using C and Python. Collaborate with FPGA engineers to develop test logic code. • Hardware Test Execution: • Utilize instruments such as Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, and Electronic Loads to measure voltage, current, timing, and power consumption. • Perform PCBA debugging, SI testing, and EMC pre-compliance testing. • Execute requirement-based testing following the predefined test plans and cases. • Issue Diagnosis & Feedback: Identify hardware defects and collaborate with hardware designers to conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), propose design improvements, and ensure issue closure. • Rework & Modification Support: Assist hardware designers in updating technical drawings and coordinate with suppliers for PCBA reworking and prototyping. • Documentation: Generate professional test reports, bug lists, and regression test records to ensure full process traceability. • Project & Time Management: May concurrently work on multiple projects, managing time dynamically to ensure all schedule requirements and milestones are met. Qualifications Required: • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or other related fields. • Industry Experience: Proven experience in avionics (or similar high-reliability industries) regarding test planning, requirement-based test case generation, and environment setup. • Laboratory Tools: Proficiency in operating Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, and Power Loads for PCBA debugging and hardware test. Skilled in using Serial Port tools and JTAG debuggers. • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Analog/Digital circuits, Embedded architectures (e.g., ARM), and Communication protocols (I2C, SPI, RS422, RS485, CAN, ARINC 429, PCIe). Solid knowledge of PCB fundamentals. • Embedded Programming: Junior-level or above experience in embedded software development. Capable of using C for BSP/Driver debugging and hardware stimulus development, and Python for automation scripts. • Hardware Design: Junior-level or above experience in hardware design; able to use EDA tools (e.g., Mentor Graphics/Xpedition) for schematic/PCB drawing modifications, release, and supplier coordination for prototyping. • FPGA Awareness: Basic knowledge of FPGA logic development and verification. • Soft Skills & Mindset: Proactive attitude with strong self-learning ability. • Language Skills: Proficient in English, with the ability to fluently read and write professional technical documentation.
