职位详情
1）具备项目治理相关的基础项目管理能力（包括时间线把控、里程碑推进、利益相关方沟通协调、风险管理等）
2）英语流利（80%的工作需通过英语进行口头交流与书面表达）
3）有1-2年汽车行业现场问题处理或缺陷管理经验者优先考虑
4）其他行业的项目管理办公室经验也可接受，但须掌握基本的研发流程知识及研发问题管理逻辑
5）能够对终端用户提出的非专业汽车问题描述进行有效解析，并以清晰的方式传递至对应研发部门的思维方式或方法论；
1) Basic PMO skills in project governance (timeline management, milestone tracking, stakeholder communication & coordination, risk control, etc.)
2) Proficient in English (80% of work involves English speaking and writing)
3) 1-2 years’ experience in automotive field issue handling or defect management is preferred
4) PMO background from non-automotive industries is acceptable, provided that general R&D process understanding and R&D issue management logic are demonstrated
5) Possess a structured approach or mindset to interpret informal car-related problem descriptions from end users and accurately relay them to the relevant R&D teams;
