【工作职责】
1. 负责日常进出口业务操作,包括确认收发货指令、编制报关资料、安排运输调度、跟进物流进度、系统录入与数据维护、出具报表及处理突发异常情况。
Manage daily import/export activities, such as order verification, customs documentation, freight coordination, shipment monitoring, data entry, report preparation, and resolving unexpected issues.
2. 与客户、供应商及其他相关方保持有效沟通,确保各环节衔接顺畅。
Maintain regular contact with clients, suppliers, and relevant parties to ensure seamless workflow.
3. 按周期完成周度/月度账单制作,并跟踪应收账款状态。
Generate weekly/monthly invoices and track accounts receivable accordingly.
4. 整理客户业务需求及相关信息,及时反馈并提供可行性建议。
Collect customer needs and business updates, report promptly, and offer practical recommendations.
5. 遇到问题时主动与团队交流,确保准确理解并执行工作要求。
Proactively communicate with team members when issues arise to confirm correct procedures and guidance.
6. 承担上级主管临时交办的其他工作任务。
Carry out additional ad-hoc assignments as directed by supervisors.
【任职要求】
1. 大专或以上学历,通过英语六级者优先;国际经济与贸易、物流管理等相关专业优先考虑。
Associate degree or higher; CET-6 preferred. Majors in International Trade, Logistics Management or related fields are advantageous.
2. 思维条理清楚,注重细节,具备较强的主动性与责任心。
Clear thinking, attention to detail, highly proactive and responsible.
3. 具备良好的表达能力,善于协作,能融入团队作业环境。
Good communication skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to work effectively in a team.
4. 熟练掌握常用办公软件(如Word、Excel、PPT)进行日常处理。
Skilled in using standard office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PPT) for daily tasks.
