Foreign Trade Specialist (English Proficiency Required)
Job Requirements:
Language Proficiency: CET-4 or higher, with solid command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Education & Major: Bachelor’s degree or above for recent graduates; candidates with relevant work experience may be considered if holding an Associate degree. Preferred fields include Business English, International Trade, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.
Technical Skills: Skilled in using WPS Office for data organization, summary preparation, and report generation.
Core Competencies: Quick-thinking individual capable of utilizing various search engines and AI-powered tools to enhance daily productivity and task efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Proactively identify overseas client information through international channels and build detailed client profiles and databases.
Multichannel Marketing: Compose professional marketing emails and conduct outbound calls adapted to cultural characteristics of target regions; consistently track and follow up on lead progress.
Product Support: Gain thorough knowledge of company products to promptly address client inquiries and provide effective solutions across multiple communication platforms.
Operational Flexibility: Adjust schedule based on regional marketing demands (remote work options available after 6:00 PM).
Performance Management: Meet assigned quantitative KPIs and performance goals set by the organization.
Compensation & Benefits:
Remuneration Package: Base Salary 3,800 (includes Social Security) + Performance Bonus 600 (tied to KPIs) + Shift/Time-zone Subsidy 400 (100/week) + Sales Commission (3% of total order value).
Leave Policy: Rest days arranged according to specific marketing region requirements, ensuring at least 6 days off per month in addition to statutory public holidays.
