核心职责（Key Responsibilities）
1. 数据仓库与ETL开发（Data Warehousing & ETL Development）
设计并构建企业级数据仓库（Snowflake/Redshift/BigQuery）
开发和优化ETL流程（使用Airflow、dbt、Spark等工具）
确保数据质量（数据清洗、校验、监控）
Design and build enterprise data warehouses (Snowflake/Redshift/BigQuery)
Develop and optimize ETL pipelines (using Airflow, dbt, Spark, etc.)
Ensure data quality (cleansing, validation, monitoring)
2. BI工具与可视化（BI Tools & Visualization）
开发自动化数据看板（Tableau/Power BI/Looker）
设计自助分析工具，降低业务团队用数门槛
优化SQL查询性能，提升报表加载速度
Build automated dashboards (Tableau/Power BI/Looker)
Develop self-service analytics tools for business teams
Optimize SQL queries to improve report performance
3. 数据分析与建模（Data Analysis & Modeling）
构建数据模型（星型模型、雪花模型）支持复杂分析
编写SQL/Python脚本进行数据挖掘与洞察提取
支持A/B测试数据分析，提供决策建议
Design data models (star schema, snowflake) for advanced analytics
Write SQL/Python scripts for data mining and insights generation
Support A/B test analysis and provide data-driven recommendations
4. 数据治理与协作（Data Governance & Collaboration）
制定数据权限管理策略（RBAC/ABAC模型）
与数据科学家协作，提供高质量数据服务
编写技术文档（数据字典、ETL流程说明）
Implement data access control policies (RBAC/ABAC)
Collaborate with data scientists to deliver reliable data pipelines
Maintain technical documentation (data dictionaries, ETL specs)
任职要求（Qualifications）
硬性条件（Must-Have）
2-3年以上BI/数据仓库开发经验
精通SQL和至少一种编程语言（Python/Java/Scala）
熟悉主流BI工具（Tableau/Power BI/Looker）
英语良好（能阅读技术文档，参与跨国会议）
3+ years of BI/data warehousing experience
Proficient in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/Java/Scala)
Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker)
Fluent in English (able to read docs & join global meetings)

有云平台经验（AWS/GCP/Azure）
熟悉数据湖技术（Delta Lake/Iceberg）
