Shenzhen | Full-time
Join M&E Group in the IT industry and play a key role in key account mangement, order tracking and internal coordination. This role is perfect for candidates who are result-oriented, and enjoy the process to realize targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Clients relationship management
Develop new clients and keep good relationship with existing clients via professional working style
2. Order follow-up
Track customer orders from placement to delivery, ensuring timely fulfilment
3. Liaise with internal teams (warehouse, operations, logistics) to coordinate order progress
Requirements
1. Diploma or Degree in Business English or International Business, and related field
2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in order processing, follow-up
Result-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
3. Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
