一、工作职责1. 负责对接专家学者，安排稿件的同行评审流程，保障评审工作按时完成；
2. 对稿件进行排版与处理，确保格式规范，并推动稿件及时刊发；
3. 与期刊主编、编委会成员、作者及审稿专家保持高效沟通，保障期刊有序运行及出版进度；
4. 跟踪学科领域最新科研动态，协助责任编辑推进期刊发展战略目标的实现。
二、职位要求
1. 硕士或博士优先，特别优秀的本科生亦可酌情考虑；
2. 理工科相关专业背景：包括数学物理、资源环境、生物医药、材料化学、遥感地理、计算模拟等方向；
3. 英语水平需达到六级以上；
4. 熟练掌握Office办公软件操作；
5. 具备较强的学习能力，能胜任公司高强度的职业化培训，如参与专项培训讲座及一对一导师指导计划。
三、薪资福利
1. 薪酬待遇：本科月基本薪8k以上，硕士11k以上，博士20-28k，另享丰厚绩效奖金；

Assistant Editor
I. Job Responsibilities
Coordinate with experts and scholars to manage manuscript peer review processes, ensuring timely completion.
Format and handle manuscripts to maintain proper standards and support prompt publication.
Maintain effective communication with the editor-in-chief, editorial board, authors, and reviewers to ensure smooth journal operations and publication flow.
Stay updated on research advancements in the journal’s discipline and assist the responsible editor in meeting strategic objectives.
II. Job Requirements
Master’s or Ph.D. degree preferred; exceptional bachelor’s candidates will also be considered.
Relevant science and engineering backgrounds: mathematics and physics, resources and environment, biomedicine, materials chemistry, remote sensing and geography, computational simulation, etc.
Minimum CET-6 English proficiency.
Proficient in Office software applications.
Strong learning aptitude and ability to adapt to intensive professional development programs, including training workshops and individual mentoring sessions.
III. Salary and Benefits
Compensation: Monthly base salary of 8k+ for bachelor’s, 11k+ for master’s, 20–28k for Ph.D., plus generous performance bonuses.
