工作内容 Job Description:
- 新项目的引进-电子/机械产品 The introduction of new project – electronics / mechanical products:
• PCBA和成品的报价，包括机械部件和包装。
Performing quotations of PCBA & finished products, including their mechanical parts & packaging.
• 通过和客户及供应商的直接沟通，研发和验证首个PCBA和成品。
Developing & validating the first PCBA & finished products samples through direct communication with customers & suppliers.
• 建立新产品的测试台。
Setting-up the test benches of newly introduced products.
• 在SMT和组装生产线，启动实施新产品的大规模生产。
Implementing the mass production launch of newly introduced products, on both SMT & assembly production lines.
• 根据新产品和旧产品的更新需求，创建和更新管控文件。
Create and update any Production & control documents according to company needs for new products and old product updates.
• 在SMT和组装生产线上进行采样阶段的必要管控，以确保质量可靠。
Performing the necessary controls during sampling phase both on SMT & assembly lines to ensure reliable quality.
• 根据客户要求，制作新产品的组装和测试工具。
Define assembly / testing tools for newly introduced products according to customer’s specifications.
• 确保产品文件和产品规范从NPI部门转移到生产部门。
Ensure transfer of product files & specifications from NPI Department to Production Methods Department.
• 通过试验样品验证测试报告的准确度。
Validation of samples by tests / Accuracy of test reports.
• 为质量部提供技术分析，协助解决问题并提供返工方法
Provide technical analysis to quality department to help solve issue and provide rework methodology
- 生产方法的制定The definition of production methods:
• 编写作业指导书以实现批量生产。
Drafting the Work Instructions to implement the mass manufacturing of products.
• 设计车间生产线的布局，并组织实施。
Designing the production lines layout & implementing that organization in the workshops.
• 制定出口产品在托盘上的包装方法。
Define methods of packaging for products to be exported on pallets.
• 制定必要的质量控制，以确保生产线的质量可靠。
Define the necessary quality controls to be made on production lines to ensure a reliable quality.
• 培训其他员工关于作业指导书的实施和生产线上的质量控制。
Train other employees regarding the implementation of Work Instructions & quality controls on the production lines.
- 其他 Others:
• 根据公司的发展和项目的开发、跟进，可以添加到上面罗列的任务中。
Tasks may be added to above list according to company evolution and project development/follow-up.
• 积极有效地完成上级领导分配的其他任务。
Perform any other tasks assign by his Supervisor Act quickly & efficiently.
• 通过良好的沟通和实现客户的需求来满足客户。
Satisfying customers through good communication & realization of their needs.
