任职要求 / Job Requirements
1. 本科及以上学历，拥有3年及以上相关工作经验，具备丰富的项目管理与团队管理实操经验；有非标设备自动化项目管理经验者优先考虑。
Bachelor’s degree or above; with at least 3 years of relevant working experience, and rich practical experience in project management and team management; experience in non-standard equipment automation project management is preferred.
2. 具备良好的职业素养与职业道德，责任心强、敬业务实，工作积极主动，具备较强的抗压能力与进取意识，勇于接受挑战；大学英语六级（CET-6）及以上，读写流利，能应对日常英文工作沟通。
Possess good professional quality and ethics, strong sense of responsibility, dedication and pragmatism, proactive work attitude, strong pressure resistance and enterprising awareness, and be willing to take challenges; CET-6 or above, fluent in reading and writing, able to cope with daily English work communication.
3. 熟练掌握项目管理相关知识、流程及方法，具备优秀的团队领导能力，能够带领团队高效推进工作、达成既定目标，同时拥有出色的团队协作与统筹管理能力。
Proficient in project management knowledge, processes and methods, with excellent team leadership ability, able to lead the team to efficiently promote work and achieve established goals, and also have outstanding team collaboration and overall management capabilities.
4. 具备优秀的沟通表达、商务谈判技巧，拥有较强的组织协调能力、问题解决能力及项目风险管控能力，能妥善处理项目全流程中的各类衔接事宜。
Have excellent communication, expression and business negotiation skills, as well as outstanding organizational coordination, problem-solving and project risk control capabilities, and can properly handle various connection matters in the whole project process.
岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities
1. 牵头制定公司年度项目整体工作计划与阶段性目标，统筹规划项目推进方向，确保各项工作有序落地。
Take the lead in formulating the company's annual overall project work plan and phased goals, overall plan the project promotion direction, and ensure the orderly implementation of all work.
2. 负责项目管理团队的专业培训、技能提升及日常指导，搭建高效协作的团队体系，提升团队整体工作效能。
Be responsible for the professional training, skill improvement and daily guidance of the project management team, build an efficient and collaborative team system, and improve the overall work efficiency of the team.
3. 负责部门员工的绩效考核体系落地，包括考核方案执行、结果复盘及反馈，激励员工提升工作质量。
Be responsible for the implementation of the performance appraisal system for department employees, including the implementation of the appraisal plan, result review and feedback, to motivate employees to improve work quality.
4. 主导项目验收全流程工作，制定验收标准，组织开展验收事宜，确保项目验收合规、顺利完成。
Lead the whole process of project acceptance, formulate acceptance standards, organize and carry out acceptance matters, and ensure that project acceptance is compliant and completed smoothly.
5. 组织开展项目可行性评审工作，结合市场、技术及成本等因素，出具专业评审意见，为项目立项提供决策依据。
Organize project feasibility review work, combine market, technology, cost and other factors, issue professional review opinions, and provide decision-making basis for project approval.
6. 负责项目回款全流程跟进与确认，对接相关部门推进回款进度，确保项目款项及时、足额回笼。
Be responsible for the whole process follow-up and confirmation of project payment collection, coordinate with relevant departments to promote the payment progress, and ensure the timely and full recovery of project funds.
7. 统筹协调项目各关键环节，把控项目整体进度、质量及成本，及时排查并解决项目推进中的各类异常问题。
Overall coordinate all key links of the project, control the overall progress, quality and cost of the project, and timely investigate and solve various abnormal problems in project promotion.
8. 定期开展客户拜访工作，深入对接客户需求，做好需求记录、反馈及跟进，维护良好的客户合作关系。
Conduct regular customer visits, in-depth docking of customer needs, do a good job in demand recording, feedback and follow-up, and maintain good customer cooperative relations.
9. 统筹协调内外部项目资源（人力、物力、财力等），合理配置资源，保障项目顺利推进。
Overall coordinate internal and external project resources (human, material, financial, etc.), allocate resources reasonably, and ensure the smooth progress of the project.
10. 对接客户完成报价沟通、确认工作，确保报价准确、合规，贴合客户需求及公司定价标准。
Communicate and confirm quotations with customers, ensure that quotations are accurate and compliant, and conform to customer needs and the company's pricing standards.
11. 负责合同、订单的审核工作，排查合同风险，确保合同条款合规、严谨，保障公司合法权益。
Be responsible for the review of contracts and orders, investigate contract risks, ensure that contract terms are compliant and rigorous, and protect the company's legitimate rights and interests.
