Proficient in Sketchup modeling and rendering skills.
Being able to develop space programming, concept design, scheme design based on the high-level logic/principle suggested by the supervisors.
Being able to utilize the training contents in daily work.
Have good understanding of detailed technical drawings at a professional level.
Being able to utilize the training contents in daily work.
Be responsible for design execution and drawing productions with professional performance by other team members, coordinate with other internal task forces and external professional consultants.
Being able to adhere to submission time of key deliverables, especially bidding project.
Being able to continue education related to design updates and industry trends.
Being able to develop creative solutions based on project needs.
