You will own clients’ e-commerce operations and growth strategy across key platforms including Tmall, JD, Douyin Commerce, Xiaohongshu Store, and potentially cross-border channels.
You’ll connect brand strategy with conversion, helping clients turn attention into revenue.
This role combines commercial thinking, platform execution, and data-driven optimization.
What You’ll Do
1. Lead e-commerce strategy and day-to-day operations across platforms
2. Build GMV growth plans, promotional calendars, and performance targets
3. Manage product launches, pricing, merchandising, and campaigns
4. Analyze sales data, user behavior, and channel performance
5. Collaborate with social/content teams on content commerce and livestream initiatives
6. Work with platforms to secure traffic resources and campaign placements
7. Optimize conversion funnels, user experience, and operational workflows
8. Deliver regular performance reports and growth insights
What We’re Looking For
1. 3+ years of e-commerce or digital sales experience
2. Strong understanding of China e-commerce ecosystems and platform mechanics
3. Data-driven mindset with hands-on operational ability
4. Experience driving measurable revenue growth
5. Comfortable owning targets and accountability
6. Strong cross-team communication skills
7. Mandarin required; English preferred
Nice to Have
1. Experience managing 10M+ RMB GMV projects
2. Familiarity with content-driven commerce or livestream
3. Experience with international or DTC brands
