Responsibilities:
1. Deeply involve in the iterative development and functional enhancement of core securities trading systems,focusing on business logic implementation and system performancee optimization to ensure the core
functions achieve business demands of high-concurrency, low-latenlcy.
2. Serve as the role of the technical interface, occasional business travvel is required to maintain efficient communication with overseas business and technical teams, accurately understand business needs,translate them into technical solutions, and facilitate cross-time-zone collaboration.
3. Take ownership of the full lifecycle management of specific functionhal modules or small-scale projects including planning, resource coordination, risk identification, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery.
4. Strictly comply with the financial industry compliance requirementsand the company's internal standard of development processes. Participate in code reviews to ensuire code security and data privacy.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, prefer major in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. Overseas education experience is a plus.
2. At least 1 year of Java development experience. Proficient with at leeast one relational database (e.g.,Oracle, MySQL). Prior experience in financial trading systems, espercially securities-related domains, is highly preferred.
3. Excellent communication, coordination, and project-driving skills. Able to proactively identify issues,coordinate resources, and drive solutions to ensure smoothproject progress.
4. Excellent English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and wriiting. Capable of using English as a working language for daily communication, meetings, and documentation.
5. Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, with good teamworkspirit and the ability to work under pressure. Being keen on the fintech sector is essential.
6. Prior experience in IT roles at foreign investment banks or oversea.s internet brokerage firms is a plus.
