一、岗位职责：
1、方案评估与规划：结合自动化非标设备的定制化需求，对电气控制系统方案进行全面评估、可行性分析，结合行业前沿技术与项目实际，优化方案设计，规避技术风险，确保方案的科学性、经济性与可落地性。
2、电控系统设计：主导专案电控系统设计，包括电气元器件选型（贴合非标设备适配性）、电气原理图 /接线图绘制、PLC/HMI程序编写与调试，同步完成电气设计规范、技术手册等相关资料的编制、归档，确保设计成果符合行业标准及项目要求。
3、项目技术落地与支持：负责专案现场技术支持.主导电控系统现场安装指导、调试校准，快速排查并解决现场电气故障，保障项目按时、按质交付；配合销售、生产团队，提供技术答疑与配合，推动项目顺利推进。
4、技术优化与迭代：关注自动化非标设备电控领域前沿技术（如总线控制、智能通讯等），结合项目经验，对现有电控系统进行优化升级，提升设备运行效率、稳定性，降低运维成本；积累技术案例，形成可复用的技术方案。
二、任职要求（有非标设备经验者优先）：
1、工作经验：3 年及以上工业自动化设备 PLC 控制开发经验，有非标设备电控设计、调试经验者优先，能独立完成中小型非标项目电控全流程工作。
2、编程能力：精通汇川、基恩士、欧姆龙等主流品牌 PLC 编程，熟练编写逻辑控制、能灵活应对非标设备的复杂控制需求。
3、项目技术落地与支持：负责专案现场技术支持。主导电控系统现场安装指导、调试校准，快速排查并解决现场电气故障，保障项目按时、按质交付；配合销售、生产团队，提供技术答疑与配合，推动项目顺利推进。
4、技术优化与迭代：关注自动化非标设备电控领域前沿技术（如总线控制、智能通讯等），结合项目经验，对现有电控系统进行优化升级，提升设备运行效率、稳定性，降低运维成本；积累技术案例，形成可复用的技术方案。

Electrical Engineer (Non-standard Automation)
Job Responsibilities
1、Scheme Evaluation and Planning: Conduct comprehensive evaluation and feasibility analysis on electrical control system schemes according to the customized requirements of non-standard automation equipment. Optimize scheme design by integrating cutting-edge industry technologies and actual project conditions, avoid technical risks, and ensure the scheme is scientific, economical and implementable.
2、Electrical Control System Design: Lead the electrical control system design for special projects, including the selection of electrical components (adapted to non-standard equipment), drawing of electrical schematics and wiring diagrams, programming and debugging of PLC/HMI programs. Compile and file relevant documents such as electrical design specifications and technical manuals to ensure the design results meet industry standards and project requirements.
3、Project Technical Implementation and Support: Provide on-site technical support for special projects, lead on-site installation guidance, commissioning and calibration of electrical control systems, quickly troubleshoot and resolve on-site electrical faults to ensure on-time and quality project delivery. Cooperate with sales and production teams to provide technical consultation and support for smooth project progress.
4、Technical Optimization and Iteration: Keep track of cutting-edge technologies in the electrical control field of non-standard automation equipment (such as bus control, intelligent communication, etc.). Optimize and upgrade existing electrical control systems based on project experience to improve equipment operation efficiency and stability, and reduce operation and maintenance costs. Accumulate technical cases to form reusable technical solutions.
Job Requirements (Experience in non-standard equipment is preferred)
1、Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in PLC control development for industrial automation equipment. Experience in electrical control design and debugging of non-standard equipment is preferred. Able to independently complete the whole electrical control process of small and medium-sized non-standard projects.
2、Programming Skills: Proficient in PLC programming of mainstream brands such as Inovance, Keyence, Omron, etc. Skilled in writing logic control programs and flexibly meeting complex control requirements of non-standard equipment.
3、Design and Debugging Ability: Proficient in electrical control system design, component selection, circuit assembly and on-site debugging of automation equipment. Able to independently solve various electrical technical problems during debugging.
4、Core Skills: Solid practical experience in PLC pulse control, bus control (such as EtherCAT, Profinet), serial communication, network communication, analog processing, data collection and analysis, etc. Able to adapt to diverse control scenarios of non-standard equipment.
5、Personal Qualities: Strong problem-solving ability and stress resistance, rigorous and detail-oriented work attitude, good communication, coordination and teamwork spirit. Willing to deepen in the non-standard automation field and proactively learn cutting-edge technologies.
