一、岗位职责
1、主导非标自动化设备全流程研发与设计工作，包括方案说明书编制、DFM 可制造性分析、3D 模型设计、装配图绘制、2D 工程图出图、BOM 清单编制及组装 SOP 撰写；全程指导车间设备组装、调试与优化，确保设备性能达标、运行稳定。
2、对接客户需求，深入沟通技术要点、明确项目诉求，协调内部相关部门，推进项目落地，严格把控产品质量，保障按时、高质量出货，提升客户满意度。
3、关注行业技术动态，主动探索自动化设计新技术、新方案，持续优化现有设备结构与性能；积极配合团队完成技术攻关，高效完成上级安排的其他工作任务。
任职要求
1、熟练使用 SolidWorks、AutoCAD 等 3D/2D 绘图软件，能够独立完成全套设计图纸绘制、BOM 编制及 SOP 编写，具备扎实的机械设计、自动化控制相关专业基础。
2、具备独立完成非标自动化项目评估、方案制定、设计落地及调试优化的能力，有丰富非标设备研发设计经验者优先。
3、责任心强、执行力突出，具备严谨的逻辑思维与高效的问题分析、解决能力，善于沟通协调，可快速对接内外部需求，适应项目化工作节奏。
4、大专及以上学历，机械设计、自动化、机电一体化等相关专业；具有 3 年及以上非标自动化设备设计经验者优先。

二、Job Responsibilities
1、Lead the entire process of R&D and design for non-standard automation equipment, including preparation of scheme specifications, DFM analysis, 3D modeling, assembly drawing, 2D engineering drawing, BOM listing and assembly SOP writing; provide full guidance for equipment assembly, commissioning and optimization in the workshop to ensure qualified performance and stable operation.
2、Communicate with customers to clarify technical points and project requirements, coordinate with internal departments including production, quality inspection and procurement to promote project implementation, strictly control product quality, ensure on-time and high-quality delivery, and improve customer satisfaction.
3、Keep abreast of industry technology trends, actively explore new technologies and solutions for automation design, and continuously optimize the structure and performance of existing equipment; actively cooperate with the team in technical research and efficiently complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
1、Proficient in 3D/2D drawing software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD, able to independently complete full set of design drawings, BOM and SOP; possess a solid professional foundation in mechanical design and automation control.
2、Capable of independently completing evaluation, scheme formulation, design implementation, debugging and optimization of non-standard automation projects; candidates with extensive experience in R&D and design of non-standard equipment are preferred.
3、Strong sense of responsibility and execution, rigorous logical thinking, efficient problem analysis and solving skills, good at communication and coordination, able to quickly respond to internal and external demands, and adapt to project-based working rhythm.
4、College diploma or above in mechanical design, automation, mechatronics or related majors; at least 3 years of experience in non-standard automation equipment design is preferred.
