职责描述 Job description
1. 根据客户需求，沟通并确认测试规范，明确测试项目、方法及合格标准。 Discuss and confirm test specifications including test items, methods, and acceptance criteria based on customer requirements.
2. 与客户及协作方共同制定并维护电子电器测试计划。 Establish and maintain EE testing schedules in collaboration with customers and partners.
3. 监控供应商测试进度，掌握电控测试流程，具备评估测试准备、条件及结果的能力。 Oversee supplier’s testing progress, be proficient in INV testing, and capable of evaluating test setup, conditions, and outcomes.
4. 推动供应商依据8D流程开展测试失效分析，审核8D报告，并向内外部客户进行汇报。 Lead suppliers to investigate test failures using the 8D process, review 8D reports, and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
5. 定期向内部团队及客户反馈测试进展，及时通报测试异常，快速响应客户需求。 Provide regular updates on testing status, promptly report any test deviations, and respond swiftly to customer requests.
6. 深入研究电控测试标准，总结测试经验，持续优化测试方法与流程。 Conduct in-depth study of INV testing standards, accumulate practical experience, refine test methods, and enhance testing efficiency.
7. 协助推进产品设计改进，从测试角度提出优化建议。 Support product design improvements by providing insights and recommendations from a testing perspective.
8. 完成上级交办的其他相关工作。 Fulfill additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
岗位要求
1. 具备三年以上电控类测试工作经验，有开发背景者优先考虑。 More than 3 years of experience in inverter-related testing; candidates with development background are preferred.
2. 熟悉汽车电子电气产品测试相关的法规、常用测试方法及设备。 Familiar with regulations, standard testing methods, and equipment for automotive electronic product testing.
3. 掌握汽车电子零部件的基本工作原理。 Understand the fundamental operating principles of automotive electronic components.
4. 能熟练使用常规办公软件及测试数据分析工具（如CANape、CANoe、INCA等）。 Proficient in common office software and test data analysis tools (e.g., CANape, CANoe, INCA).
5. 能够运用常见的质量分析工具，如FTA、8D等。 Capable of applying common quality tools such as FTA and 8D.
6. 具备良好的团队协作意识，表达沟通能力强，积极主动，勇于担当，能适应一定工作压力。 Possess strong teamwork spirit, excellent communication skills, initiative, accountability, and the ability to perform under pressure.
7. 可使用英语作为工作语言，或具备良好的日语能力。 Able to use English as a working language or have proficiency in Japanese.
