岗位职责：
1、能独立与客户沟通测试治具设计方案，独立完成治具工作原理和标准件选型;
1、Capable of independently communicating with customers on test fixture design solutions, and completing fixture working principle design and standard component selection.
2、能完成整个治具的设计、细化，指导装配和跟进专案进度，并能完成异常处理工作;
2、Responsible for the overall fixture design and detailing, guiding assembly, tracking project progress, and handling abnormalities.
3、根据治具原理与电子、软件设计开发人员沟通。
3、Communicate with electronic and software design engineers based on fixture principles.
任职要求：
1、熟练SOLIDWORKS, AUTO CAD 能按照客户要求迅速给出设计方案DFM、报价BOM表
1、Proficient in SOLIDWORKS and AUTO CAD; able to quickly provide design solutions, DFM, and quotation BOM according to customer requirements.
2、二年以上测试治具与组装工装设计开发经验;
2、Proficient in SOLIDWORKS and AUTO CAD; able to quickly provide design solutions, DFM, and quotation BOM according to customer requirements.
3、有手机、平板电脑、无人机、AR&VR等相关消费电子行业背景者优先;
3、Background in consumer electronics such as mobile phones, tablets, drones, AR & VR is preferred.
4、责任心强、思维活跃、善于沟通、有团队合作精神、执行力强
4、Strong sense of responsibility, active thinking, good communication skills, team spirit, and strong execution.
