一、岗位职责（Job Responsibilities）
1. 全面统筹电子团队的管理工作，负责团队搭建、人员培养、绩效考核及日常工作部署，带领团队高效完成各项电子相关研发、测试及项目落地任务。
Comprehensively coordinate the management of the electronic team, be responsible for team building, personnel training, performance appraisal and daily work arrangement, and lead the team to efficiently complete various electronic-related R&D, testing and project implementation tasks.
2. 主导电子类产品及技术方向规划，结合行业发展趋势，制定技术研发策略、测试标准及项目推进计划，把控项目进度、质量与成本。
Lead the planning of electronic product and technology directions, formulate technical R&D strategies, testing standards and project promotion plans in combination with industry development trends, and control project progress, quality and cost.
3. 负责核心技术攻坚，牵头解决硬件研发、测试过程中的关键技术难题，尤其聚焦低噪声电源系统、模拟信号数据采集、信号产生电路等相关领域。
Be responsible for core technology research, take the lead in solving key technical problems in hardware R&D and testing processes, especially focusing on fields such as low-noise power supply systems, analog signal data acquisition, and signal generation circuits.
4. 统筹非标测试治具开发、嵌入式系统开发等相关工作，审核技术方案、开发文档，确保产品及测试设备的稳定性与可靠性。
Coordinate the development of non-standard test fixtures and embedded system development, review technical schemes and development documents, and ensure the stability and reliability of products and test equipment.
5. 对接跨部门协作（研发、生产、销售等），协调资源，推动电子类项目顺利量产及落地，提升产品竞争力。
Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration (R&D, production, sales, etc.), coordinate resources, promote the smooth mass production and implementation of electronic projects, and enhance product competitiveness.
6. 关注行业新技术、新趋势，引入先进技术及理念，优化团队技术体系，提升团队整体技术水平。
Pay attention to new industry technologies and trends, introduce advanced technologies and concepts, optimize the team's technical system, and improve the overall technical level of the team.
二、任职要求（Job Requirements）
7. 本科及以上学历，电子信息、自动化、测控技术、电子工程等电子类相关专业，5年及以上电子行业工作经验，其中至少2年以上电子团队管理经验。
Bachelor's degree or above in electronic-related majors such as Electronic Information, Automation, Measurement and Control Technology, and Electronic Engineering; more than 5 years of working experience in the electronic industry, including at least 2 years of electronic team management experience.
8. 精通各类硬件测试相关电路设计，具备丰富的低噪声电源系统、模拟信号数据采集、信号产生电路的设计、调试及优化经验。
Proficient in the design of various hardware test-related circuits, with rich experience in the design, debugging and optimization of low-noise power supply systems, analog signal data acquisition and signal generation circuits.
9. 精通STM32嵌入式系统程序编程，熟练掌握ADC、DAC、IIC、SPI、ETH、USB等各类通信接口的驱动开发、调试及应用。
Proficient in STM32 embedded system programming, and skilled in the driver development, debugging and application of various communication interfaces such as ADC, DAC, IIC, SPI, ETH and USB.
10. 具备5年及以上非标测试治具开发经验，曾独立承担至少2个以上大型电子测试项目的方案设计、开发、落地及统筹管理工作。
More than 5 years of experience in non-standard test fixture development, and have independently undertaken the scheme design, development, implementation and overall management of at least 2 large-scale electronic test projects.
11. 具备优秀的统筹规划、团队管理及沟通协调能力，能有效带领团队攻克技术难题，推动项目高效落地。
Possess excellent overall planning, team management and communication and coordination abilities, and be able to effectively lead the team to solve technical problems and promote the efficient implementation of projects.
12. 具备较强的问题解决能力、创新意识及责任心，能承受一定的工作压力，对电子行业技术发展有敏锐的洞察力。
Possess strong problem-solving ability, innovative awareness and sense of responsibility, be able to bear a certain amount of work pressure, and have a keen insight into the technical development of the electronic industry.
