岗位职责：
1、负责主导非标测试治具机械方案的设计，对产品的电性，光，声 测试时有自己的独特见解。
1、Lead the mechanical design of non-standard test fixtures, with unique insights into the electrical, optical, and acoustic testing of products.
2、负责与客人沟通并分析客人提供的ERS完成治具的设计和所有工程文件的输出。
2、Communicate with customers, analyze the ERS provided by customers, complete fixture design, and deliver all engineering documents.
3、执行完成测试治具新技术的探索运用以及项目方案的设计。
3、Explore and apply new technologies for test fixtures, and undertake project scheme design.
4、负责统筹本项目从设计到生产以及售后的所有工作。
4、Coordinate the entire project lifecycle from design, production to after-sales service.
任职要求：
1. 机械类相关专业，学历不限
2. 具备机械设计相关工作经验，经验不限
3. 熟练使用SolidWorks/UG/ProE等主流三维设计软件及AutoCADn4. 熟悉常用机械加工工艺、材料特性及公差配合原则
5. 具备良好的逻辑思维、沟通协作能力与责任心
岗位要求：
1、3年以上测试治具或者测试设备的设计经验，必须有2个量产项目以上的设计工作经验。
1、At least 3 years of design experience in test fixtures or test equipment, with design experience on at least 2 mass production projects.
2、能独立完成非标测试治具设计，有非常良好的FA分析能力。
2、Able to independently design non-standard test fixtures, with excellent FA (Failure Analysis) capability.3，责任心强，思维活跃，善于沟通，有很好的执行力和团队合作精神。

5、有3C/半导体/新能源行业的手机、手表、耳机、AR、芯片等相关测试项目经验，（有微针socket设计工作经验者优先）
5、Experience in testing projects related to mobile phones, watches, earphones, AR devices, chips, etc. in the 3C / semiconductor / new energy industry.(Experience in micro-needle socket design is preferred.)
