一、工作职责
1. 负责对接专家学者，安排稿件的同行评议流程，保障评审工作按时推进；
2. 对来稿进行编辑排版与技术处理，确保格式规范并如期发表；
3. 与期刊主编、编委会成员、作者及审稿专家保持高效沟通，推动期刊有序运行和稿件顺利出版；
4. 跟踪学科领域最新科研动态，协助责任编辑实现期刊发展指标。
二、职位要求
1. 硕士或博士学历优先，特别优秀的本科毕业生亦可接受；
2. 动物学、兽医学、昆虫学等相关专业背景；
3. 通过大学英语六级；
4. 熟练操作Office办公套件；
5. 具备较强的学习能力，能快速适应高强度的职业化培训，包括参与专项讲座及一对一导师指导计划。
三、薪资福利
1. 薪酬待遇：本科月基本薪8k以上，硕士11k以上，博士20-28k；

Assistant Editor for Animals And Insects English Academic Journal
I. Job Responsibilities
Coordinate with experts and scholars to manage manuscript peer review processes, ensuring timely completion.
Edit and format manuscripts to maintain publication standards and release schedules.
Maintain effective communication with the editor-in-chief, editorial board, authors, and reviewers to support journal operations and smooth publication workflows.
Monitor research advancements in relevant disciplines and assist the responsible editor in meeting strategic objectives.
II. Job Requirements
Master’s or Ph.D. degree preferred; exceptional bachelor’s candidates will also be considered.
Relevant fields including zoology, veterinary medicine, entomology, etc.
CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency.
Proficient in Office software applications.
Strong learning capacity and ability to adapt to intensive professional development programs, such as training seminars and individualized mentoring.
III. Salary and Benefits
Salary: Monthly base salary of 8k+ for bachelor’s, 11k+ for master’s, and 20-28k for doctoral holders.
