Store Manager
Job Summary
Lead the retail store team, deliver strong sales performance and create a premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and ensure efficient running
Lead, train and motivate the store team
Achieve sales targets and improve store KPIs
Maintain store appearance, merchandising and brand standards
Control inventory, costs, cash and loss prevention
Ensure high-quality customer service and handle complaints
Comply with company policies, health and safety rules
Requirements
2+ years of retail store management experience
Proven experience in driving sales and leading a team
Good communication and team coaching skills
Flexible to work retail hours including weekends and holidays
Passion for retail and customer service
Basic computer and store system skills
