We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with extensive DevOps expertise. This position goes beyond routine automation—success requires applying software engineering principles to solve sophisticated infrastructure problems. You will design and sustain high-efficiency DevOps platforms, with current emphasis on advanced development and expansion within the Azure DevOps (ADO) environment, while managing and standardizing financial-grade hybrid cloud and container-based systems.
Key Responsibilities
● DevOps Platform Development: Leverage Java-based technologies to build internal infrastructure tools; perform deep integrations with Azure DevOps (ADO) using APIs to enable automated pipelines, multi-tenant role-based access control, and self-service resource deployment.
● Observability Frameworks: Drive custom development and unification of monitoring and logging solutions. Employ Prometheus to capture critical business metrics, construct interactive dashboards in Grafana, and develop scalable log processing workflows using the ELK stack.
● Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop and manage Ansible playbooks to enable automated configuration management and version-controlled infrastructure across hybrid cloud setups, covering servers, networking, and database layers.
● Pipeline Automation: Architect and refine YAML-defined, multi-phase CI/CD pipelines in ADO; build Custom Tasks to embed code quality gates and regulatory compliance validations.
● Performance & Stability Optimization: Oversee JVM performance tuning in production, monitor Kubernetes cluster health, and resolve system issues to guarantee uninterrupted operations during mission-critical periods.
