Purchasing Specialist – Packaging Materials Category

Salary Range: 5,000 – 10,000 RMB / month
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and select suppliers/manufacturers for Packaging Materials category and negotiate
commercial and contractual terms;
• Monitor and ensure proper execution of negotiated contracts;
• Direct contribution to profitability targets (turnover, margin, stock levels, rotation);
• Analyze market trends and optimize purchasing strategy according to company objectives;
• Maintain close collaboration with stores and internal departments to align supply with
operational needs.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in procurement (packaging materials/retail preferred);
• Good command of English;
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (formulas, data analysis, pivot tables);
• Self-learner, comfortable using modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.);
• Well-organized, rigorous, honest, and detail-oriented;
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
