Responsibilities
1. Overseas Market Operations Strategy
• Develop and execute user acquisition, market operations, and brand promotion strategies for overseas markets to drive global business growth.
• Formulate regional operational strategies based on the company’s overall development goals to improve user engagement, trading volume, and retention rates.
2. Market Expansion & Growth
• Design and optimize strategies for user acquisition, viral growth, retention, and repurchase based on local market conditions to enhance user conversion and engagement.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry regulations to formulate competitive market strategies.
• Enhance brand influence and promote localized growth through social media, community operations, KOLs, media, and other channels.
3. Overseas User Growth & Operations
• Develop personalized operational strategies based on user profiles to increase trading activity.
• Plan and execute online & offline marketing campaigns (e.g., AMA, airdrops, community competitions, trading competitions) to improve platform user engagement.
• Manage global communities across platforms such as Discord, Telegram, Twitter, and Reddit, ensuring active user interaction and engagement.
4. Cross-Department Collaboration & Resource Integration
• Work closely with marketing, branding, PR, product, tech, and compliance teams to optimize user experience and enhance market competitiveness.
• Oversee regional teams, coordinating functions such as KOLs, PR, marketing, compliance, and legal to ensure seamless localized operations.
5. Localization & Compliance Operations
• Develop and implement localization strategies for specific countries/regions, including content, payment channels, and risk control, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maintain communication with local governments, regulatory bodies, and legal teams to ensure compliant operations and mitigate policy risks.
6. Data Analysis & Business Optimization
• Utilize data analysis and user behavior tracking to continuously optimize product and operational strategies, improving user trading conversion rates and experience.
• Monitor and optimize key operational metrics (e.g., DAU, MAU, trading volume, retention rate, LTV) and provide regular operational reports.Requirements
1. Industry Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain, fintech, or internet industry operations, with proven success in user growth and market expansion.
• Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem, including exchanges, wallets, DeFi, NFTs, and GameFi.
• Familiarity with CEX, DEX, and blockchain technologies; experience in a cryptocurrency exchange is preferred.
2. International Market & Operations Expertise:
• Experience in overseas market operations, with knowledge of different global regions (Southeast Asia, Europe, Middle East, North America, Latin America).
• Hands-on experience in international market expansion, including fiat on-ramp solutions, payment channels, user education, and community growth.
3. Data Analysis & Business Insights:
• Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to drive business decisions and optimize operations through data insights.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, SQL, or similar analytics tools is preferred.
4. Resource Integration & Partnerships:
• Extensive industry connections with global KOLs, media, and crypto communities.
• Proven track record in marketing campaigns, KOL collaborations, and brand promotions, with the ability to quickly acquire quality marketing resources.
5. Team Leadership & Collaboration:
• Strong team management and cross-department coordination skills, capable of leading an international team to achieve business objectives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution abilities, adaptable to fast-changing market environments.
6. Language Skills:
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) with the ability to independently manage overseas markets.
• Multilingual candidates (e.g., Spanish, French, Japanese) are highly preferred.
