一、工作职责
1. 负责对接领域内专家学者，协调安排稿件的同行评议流程，保障评审工作高效推进；
2. 对来稿进行格式编排与技术处理，确保符合出版规范并按时刊发；
3. 与期刊主编、编委会成员、作者及审稿专家保持顺畅沟通，维护期刊运营秩序，推动稿件顺利流转；
4. 跟踪学科前沿动态，协助责任编辑落实期刊阶段性发展目标。
二、职位要求
1. 硕士或博士学历优先，特别优秀的本科毕业生亦可接受；
2. 动物学、兽医学、昆虫学等相关专业背景；
3. 英语水平达到六级及以上；
4. 熟练掌握Office办公软件操作；
5. 具备较强的学习能力，能积极投入公司组织的高强度职业化培训，包括参加专题讲座及一对一导师指导计划。
三、薪资福利
1. 薪酬待遇：本科月基本薪8k以上，硕士11k以上，博士20-28k；

Assistant Editor for Animals And Insects English Academic Journal
I. Job Responsibilities
Coordinate with experts and scholars to manage the peer review process of manuscripts, ensuring timely completion.
Format and handle submissions to guarantee compliance with publishing standards and on-schedule release.
Maintain effective communication with the editor-in-chief, editorial board, authors, and reviewers to support smooth journal operations and publication flow.
Stay updated on advancements in the relevant research field and assist the journal editor in meeting strategic development objectives.
II. Job Requirements
Master’s or Ph.D. degree preferred; exceptional candidates with bachelor’s degrees will also be considered.
Relevant academic backgrounds such as zoology, veterinary medicine, entomology, etc.
CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong learning aptitude and willingness to engage in intensive professional training programs, including workshops and individual mentoring sessions.
III. Salary and Benefits
Compensation: Monthly base salary of 8k+ for bachelor’s holders, 11k+ for master’s degree holders, and 20-28k for Ph.D. holders.
Basic benefits: Six insurances and one fund, paid annual leave, yearly health examinations, holiday gifts, team activity budget, tea breaks and dinner allowances.
