RESPONSIBLITIES
Liaise with business users and different stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and align on project priorities.
Conduct research and gather detailed business and user requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
Analyze market trends, user behaviors, and competitive landscape to uncover insights and identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
Document and communicate business requirements, user stories, and other artifacts to guide the product development process.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure the product vision and roadmap align with business goals.
Develop prototypes, mockups, and wireframes to illustrate proposed product features and enhancements.
Assist in the prioritization of product backlog items based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for optimization and continuous improvement.
Provide regular status updates and reporting to key stakeholders.
Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure the successful delivery of product enhancements and new features.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proposing effective solutions to stakeholders.
Assure quality in deliverables by closely managing project implementation.
REQUIREMENTS
University graduate in Business, Management, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
5 years of Business Analyst working experience is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable product specifications.
Proficient in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, user story mapping, and requirements gathering.
Solid understanding of waterfall, agile or scrum methodologies and product development lifecycle.
Experience in hybrid development environment: in-house, in-sourcing, out-sourcing, ODC (Offshore Development Centre), cross regions, etc.
Experience working with agile tools like JIRA, Confluence is a plus.
Proven project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to liaise with business users and different stakeholders.
