English: Work Location: Zengcheng, Guangzhou HQ, focusing on the whole process follow-up of international sales orders to support the smooth progress of foreign trade business.
二、主要职责
II. Key Responsibilities
负责国际订单执行，全程监控从下单至发货各环节
Process and manage international orders, overseeing every stage from order placement to shipment
及时向客户反馈订单进展及交付计划
Keep clients informed of order progress and delivery schedules
对接生产排程与运输调度，确保按时履约
Liaise with production planning and coordinate shipping logistics for on-time fulfillment
整理出口所需单据及报关材料
Compile export documentation and customs declaration paperwork
三、任职要求
III. Requirements
本科及以上学历
Bachelor's degree or above
英语口语良好，能熟练处理英文邮件及电话沟通
Strong spoken English, capable of handling English emails and phone calls fluently
欢迎应届生或无经验者申请，公司将安排系统培训
Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; comprehensive training provided
