一、工作职责
1. 负责对接专家学者，安排稿件的同行评审流程，保障评审工作按时完成；
2. 对稿件进行编辑整理与格式审核，确保符合出版标准并如期发表；
3. 与期刊主编、编委会成员、作者及审稿专家保持高效沟通，推动期刊有序运行，保障稿件流转顺畅；
4. 跟踪本领域学术动态，协助责任编辑推进期刊建设目标的实现。
二、职位要求
1. 硕士或博士学历优先，特别优秀的本科生亦可接受；
2. 专业范围包括土木工程、建筑环境与能源应用工程、建筑学、给排水科学与工程、建筑电气与智能化、工程管理、道路桥梁与渡河工程、交通土建工程、城市规划、景观建筑设计、燃气工程、供热工程等相关方向；
3. 通过大学英语六级；
4. 熟练掌握Office办公软件操作；
5. 具备较强的学习能力，能快速适应公司系统化的职业培训体系，如参与专项培训讲座及一对一导师指导计划。
三、薪资福利
1. 薪酬待遇：本科月基本薪8k以上，硕士11k以上，博士20-28k；

Assistant Editor for Civil Engineering English Academic Journal
I. Job Responsibilities
Coordinate with experts and scholars to manage the peer review process, ensuring timely completion of evaluations.
Edit and format manuscripts to meet publication standards and guarantee prompt release.
Maintain effective communication with the editor-in-chief, editorial board, authors, and reviewers to support smooth journal operations and efficient manuscript handling.
Stay updated on advancements in the field and assist the responsible editor in accomplishing strategic development objectives.
II. Job Requirements
Master’s or Ph.D. degree preferred; exceptional candidates with a bachelor’s degree may also be considered.
Relevant disciplines include Civil Engineering, Building Environment and Energy Application Engineering, Architecture, Water Supply and Drainage Science and Engineering, Building Electrical and Intelligence, Engineering Management, Road and Bridge and River Crossing Engineering, Transportation Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture Design, Gas Engineering, Heating Engineering, and related fields.
Minimum requirement: CET-6 certification.
Proficiency in Office software applications.
Strong learning capacity and willingness to engage in intensive professional development programs, including training workshops and individual mentoring sessions.
III. Salary and Benefits
Compensation: Monthly base salary starts from 8k for bachelor’s holders, 11k for master’s degree holders, and 20–28k for Ph.D. holders, plus performance-based bonuses.
