一、工作职责
1. 负责对接专家学者，安排稿件的同行评议流程，保障评审工作按时完成；
2. 对来稿进行编辑整理与格式审核，确保内容规范并如期发表；
3. 与期刊主编、编委会成员、作者及审稿专家保持高效沟通，推动期刊有序运行和稿件顺利发表；
4. 跟踪学科领域最新科研动态，协助责任编辑推进期刊发展目标的实现。
二、职位要求
1. 硕士或博士学历优先，特别优秀的本科毕业生亦可接受；
2. 农学、植物科学、蔬菜学、果树学、畜牧学、动物学、土壤学、生态学、园艺学、花卉学等相关专业背景；
3. 通过大学英语六级考试；
4. 熟练掌握Office办公软件操作；
5. 具备较强的学习能力，能够适应高强度的职业化培训，如参与专项培训讲座及一对一导师指导计划。
三、薪资福利
1. 薪酬待遇：本科月基本薪资8k以上，硕士11k以上，博士20-28k；

Assistant Editor for Agronomy and Horticulture English Academic Journal
I. Job Responsibilities
Coordinate with experts and scholars to manage manuscript peer review processes, ensuring timely completion.
Edit and process submissions to maintain proper formatting and support on-schedule publication.
Maintain effective communication with the editor-in-chief, editorial board, authors, and reviewers to ensure smooth journal operations and efficient manuscript handling.
Stay updated on advancements in the field and assist the responsible editor in meeting strategic development objectives.
II. Job Requirements
Master’s or Ph.D. degree preferred; exceptional candidates with a bachelor’s degree will also be considered.
Relevant disciplines include Agronomy, Plant Science, Vegetable Science, Fruit Tree Science, Livestock Science, Zoology, Soil Science, Ecology, Horticulture, Floriculture, and related fields.
CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency required.
Proficiency in Office software applications.
Strong learning aptitude and willingness to engage in intensive professional development programs, including training workshops and individual mentoring sessions.
III. Salary and Benefits
Compensation: Monthly base salary starts at 8k for bachelor’s holders, 11k for master’s degree holders, and 20-28k for Ph.D. holders.
