一、工作职责
1. 负责对接领域内专家学者，协调开展稿件的同行评审工作，保障评审流程高效推进；
2. 对来稿进行编辑整理与格式审核，确保内容规范并按时发表；
3. 与期刊主编、编委会成员、作者及审稿专家保持顺畅沟通，推动期刊日常运营及出版进度；
4. 跟踪化学学科前沿动态，协助责任编辑落实期刊阶段性发展目标。
二、职位要求
1. 硕士或博士学历优先，特别优秀的本科毕业生亦可酌情考虑；
2. 化学、应用化学及相关专业背景；
3. 通过大学英语六级考试；
4. 熟练操作Office办公套件；
5. 具备较强的学习能力，能快速适应高强度的职业化培训，包括参与专项讲座及一对一导师指导计划。
三、薪资福利
1. 薪酬待遇：本科月基本薪8k起，硕士11k起，博士20-28k，另享丰厚绩效奖金；

Assistant Editor for Chemistry English Academic Journal
I. Job Responsibilities
Coordinate with subject experts to facilitate peer review of manuscripts and ensure timely completion of the evaluation process.
Edit and format submissions to meet publication standards and guarantee on-schedule release.
Maintain effective communication with the editor-in-chief, editorial board, authors, and reviewers to support smooth journal operations and publication workflows.
Stay informed of advancements in the field and assist the lead editor in advancing the journal’s strategic objectives.
II. Job Requirements
Master’s or Ph.D. degree preferred; exceptional candidates with bachelor’s degrees may also be considered.
Major in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or related disciplines.
Minimum requirement: passed CET-6.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong learning aptitude and ability to thrive in an intensive training environment, including participation in professional development seminars and individualized mentorship programs.
III. Salary and Benefits
Compensation: Monthly base salary starts at 8k for bachelor’s holders, 11k for master’s, and 20-28k for Ph.D. holders, plus substantial performance-based bonuses.
Basic benefits: Six insurances and housing fund, paid annual leave, annual medical checkups, holiday gifts, team activity funding, daily tea breaks and dinner allowances.
