一、工作职责
1. 联系相关领域专家学者，安排并推进稿件的同行评审流程，保障评审工作按时完成；
2. 对来稿进行编辑整理与技术处理，确保符合出版格式要求，并推动稿件顺利发表；
3. 与期刊主编、编委会成员、作者及审稿专家保持高效沟通，维护期刊日常运转，保障出版进度；
4. 跟踪学科前沿动态，协助责任编辑落实期刊阶段性发展目标。
二、职位要求
1. 硕士或博士学历优先，特别优秀的本科毕业生亦可接受；
2. 生物科学、生物技术、生物信息学、生态学、基因工程等相关专业背景；
3. 通过大学英语六级；
4. 熟练操作Office办公软件；
5. 具备较强的学习能力，能积极投入公司组织的高强度职业化培训，包括参加培训讲座及一对一导师指导项目。
三、薪资福利
1. 薪酬待遇：本科月基本薪8k以上，硕士11k以上，博士20-28k，另享丰厚绩效奖金；

I. Job Responsibilities
Responsible for reaching out to experts and scholars to coordinate peer review processes, ensuring timely completion of manuscript evaluations.
Edit and process submissions to meet formatting standards and support prompt publication.
Maintain effective communication with the editor-in-chief, editorial board, authors, and reviewers to ensure smooth journal operations and on-time publishing.
Stay updated on research advancements in the relevant field and assist the responsible editor in meeting strategic development objectives.
II. Job Requirements
Master’s or Ph.D. degree is preferred; exceptional candidates with a bachelor's degree will also be considered.
Relevant fields include biological sciences, biotechnology, bioinformatics, ecology, genetic engineering, and related disciplines.
Minimum requirement: CET-6 certification.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong learning aptitude and willingness to engage in intensive professional development programs, such as training seminars and individual mentorship sessions.
III. Salary and Benefits
Compensation: Base salary from 8k/month for bachelor’s holders, 11k/month for master’s degree holders, and 20–28k/month for Ph.D. recipients, plus substantial performance-based bonuses.
