目标 Mission
通过制定并落实区域内的销售行动方案，达成既定销售目标。
To achieve sales objectives by planning and executing sales activities in the designated area.
具体工作内容 Major work - Sales
1）协同相关部门开展市场调研与行业分析，明确市场定位，拟定营销策略及执行计划
Work with relevant departments to carry out market research and industry analysis, define market positioning, and develop marketing strategies and action plans
2）负责设计院及总承包客户的推广工作，定期进行拜访与关系维护
Promote products to design institutes and EPC clients, conduct regular visits and maintain client relationships
3）及时掌握项目动态，协调公司内外资源推进项目进程，参与项目沟通、投标、谈判等全过程跟踪
Track project developments promptly, coordinate internal and external resources, and participate in full-process follow-up including communication, bidding, and negotiation
4）主导销售合同的商务洽谈与签署工作
Lead the negotiation and signing of sales contracts
5）依据公司信用管理政策，配合完成应收账款的跟进与回收
Assist in accounts receivable collection in accordance with company credit control policies
6）按时准确提交销售报告，内容涵盖区域市场动态、销售数据分析及反馈建议
Submit timely and accurate sales reports, including regional market updates, sales data analysis, and feedback
7）支持各类市场及销售推广活动的组织实施
Support the organization and execution of marketing and sales events
8）完成上级主管交办的其他工作任务
Complete other duties assigned by the department manager
经验要求 Experience requirement
2-3年机械类相关领域销售工作经验
2-3 years of sales experience in mechanical-related fields
具备流体设备（如压缩机、水泵等）销售背景者优先考虑
Experience in fluid equipment (e.g., compressors, pumps) is preferred
知识/学历要求 Education & Skills
1. 大专及以上学历，机械工程或相近专业
College degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or related field
2. 具备优秀的沟通能力，服务意识强
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
3. 熟练使用办公软件
Proficient in office software applications
4. 可接受频繁出差
Willingness to travel frequently
5. 英语应用能力良好（书面与口语，优先考虑）
Good command of English, both written and spoken (preferred)
