工作职责
The role we are looking for will be supporting budget planning, tracking and financial reporting for markets in Asia CIO Office.
Job responsibilities:
- Data: Download, analyze and interpret financial data from ledger
- Liaison: Liaise between market mainly Bermuda IT, Finance and other Regional Office within the organization to collect required data
- Reporting: Consolidate collected country and cost center level data, and assist in the preparation of management reports and/or financial reporting documents. This role will need to present monthly reports to local CIO level.
- Analysis: Responsible for on-going spend tracking, and assist in the preparation of monthly expense variance analysis
- Finance: Participate in formulating IT expense budgets and forecasts
- Other Work as Assigned
任职资格
Qualifications:
- 4 years or above of accounting or financial reporting related work experience is necessary, and fluent English communication is a must
- Bachelor Degree or above (ACCA holder or Candidate preferred)
- English: proficient in both speaking and writing
- Communication: strong interpersonal skills
- Tool: comprehensive understanding of Excel functions and pivot tables and knowledge of MS office tools (Word, PPT), Anaplan is a plus
- Reporting skills: experience in formal management reporting and/or PowerBI is highly preferred
- Strong logics and strong reasoning skills
- Working time 1-10 pm on weekdays, as this role shall work with Nort
