About Us
Metaprise is building the world’s first Financial Operating System — an AI Agent–powered platform designed to automate Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Contract Management, SmartFlow automation, and Cash Management for enterprise finance teams. We help organizations close operational gaps, control data and cash flows, and ultimately create an intelligent business neural network.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and Innovate: Whether youre a backend wizard familiar with Java, youll be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge financial solutions. Your work will directly impact the growth and success of businesses worldwide.
Collaborate and Create: Work alongside a team of talented engineers, product managers, and designers to bring our Embedded Finance products from concept to launch. Your input will be crucial in shaping the future of finance.
Understand and Empathize: Dive deep into the needs and challenges of our customers. Your good product sense will enable you to design and implement solutions that truly resonate with our users.
Measure and Optimize: Leverage data to drive decisions. Your keen data sense will help you measure the success of our products and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Qualifications
Experienced and Technically Proficient: You possess a wealth of experience in software development, underpinned by a robust expertise in Java (for backend roles). Your approach goes beyond mere coding; you are a craftsman of comprehensive solutions. As a technical bar raiser, you set high standards and lead by example, elevating the capabilities of those around you.
Empathetic and Insightful: Your deep empathy for customer needs drives your development process, allowing you to create intuitive and impactful products. This understanding is not just about meeting requirements, but about enriching user experiences.

Nice to have
·Familiar with TypeScript, unit testing (Jest/Vitest), or automated deployment
·Those with experience in using the Element Plus UI component library are preferred

·Have made contributions to open source projects or have influence in technical blogs/communities.
What we offer
·Working hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with two days off on weekends and normal holidays off.
·Upon employment, five social insurances and one housing fund will be paid, along with first-class medical insurance. Additionally, there are commuting subsidies, housing subsidies, meal allowances, and commercial insurance for outstanding internal talents.
