1. 编写软件需求文档
Prepare software requirement specification
2. 编制软件架构设计及详细设计方案
Prepare software high level design and detail design specification
3. 制定软件测试方案与执行流程
Prepare software test plan & procedure
4. 实施软件程序编写与单元测试，开展功能调试及问题追踪处理
Complete software coding and design test, Execute DI software build & debug, trace the defect
5. 参与SRD/HSIS/设计文件/测试方案/源代码等技术文档的评审工作
Attend the peer review of SRD/HSIS/HLD/DD/Test Procedure/Software Code
6. 组织技术研讨，协助团队攻克关键技术难题
Lead team in technical discussion, and help team solve critical technical issue
7. 主导与客户或供应商之间的技术交流
Lead technical discussion with supplier or customer
要求：(Requirement)
1. 具备3年以上汽车电子领域嵌入式软件开发经历，有仪表MCU开发背景者优先
At least 3 year experience in automotive embed software, prefer to have cluster MCU working experience
2. 拥有本科及以上学历
Bachelor degree or above
3. 熟练掌握Freescale S12/5606/S32K、NEC V850/78K0R/CYPRESS等微控制器开发，熟悉相关外设模块如A/D、GPIO、中断、时钟、SPI、I2C、UART等
Freescale S12/5606/S32K, NEC V850/78K0R/CYPRESS development experience, has experience in AD convert, I/O configure, interrupt configure, real time clock, SPI, I2C and UART bus driver development experience
4. 具备电源管理模块开发经验，了解静态电流优化处理
With power management development experience, dark current handle experience
5. 掌握CAN总线通信协议
Be familiar with CAN bus
6. 熟悉常用测试工具操作，如CANoe、示波器、信号发生器、万用表等
Know how to use test equipments, such as CANoe, oscillograph , signal generator, multi-meter…
7. 具备基础硬件能力，可独立阅读电路原理图
Basic hardware knowledge, can read SCH
8. 英语读写流利
Good at English writing and speaking
9. 具备自主学习意识，善于沟通协作，重视团队配合
Have continuous learning ability, good at communication, focus on team work
