RESPONSIBLITIES

Adopt the application and cloud architecture design framework to design and implement technical solutions.
Lead and oversee all aspects of software development process, codes and documentation.
Design and develop technical solutions for projects, in alignment with technology strategy and methodology.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, UXUI designers, developers, infrastructure and security teams to drive out the design and adoption of technology solutions.
Lead and guide development teams (HK and PRC) to adopt DevSecOps development environments, CICD pipelines, automation and tools.
Design and develop functional areas with API and micro-services structure.
Develop testing strategy and perform code reviews to ensure quality deliverables.

REQUIREMENTS

University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline Degree in Computing related subjects.
8+ years’ experience in system development including 3 years’ experience in tech lead role in application development.
Strong technical vision, knowledge to up-to-date industry trends and developments with popular languages and frameworks on multiple platforms.
Strong technical leadership with proven experiences in ensuring the team to adopt appropriate engineering practices and design patterns.
Proficient in all aspects of agile development methodologies with DevSecOps and CICD.
Hands-on experience in architecture-based development with cloud services, micro-services, API design and security.
Hands-on experience in leading & managing development teams comprising of UXUI designers, front-end & back-end developers and testers etc.
Experience in hybrid development environment: in-house, in-sourcing, out-sourcing, ODC (Offshore Development Centre), cross regions, etc.
Strong analytical, problem solving and technical skills.
Good communications, negotiation and interpersonal skills to all levels of stakeholders and team members.
Achieves results, even under tough circumstances.
Develops and delivers communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
