主要职责:
1. 结合业务发展需要,配合开展东南亚地区的社会招聘相关工作。
2. 利用各类招聘渠道主动搜寻中高端人才,持续充实和优化人才储备资源。
3. 承担岗位发布、简历筛选、初步电话沟通及面试协调等任务,与候选人和内部团队保持高效联动,保障招聘流程有序推进。
4. 协同参与招聘相关的跨部门协作事项(如校园招聘、招聘系统升级等)。
1. Assist in industry recruitment in the Southeast Asia region based on business needs.
2. Proactively source mid to senior-level candidates through recruitment channels to optimize the talent pool.
3. Responsible for job postings, resume screening, initial phone screenings, and interview scheduling; work closely with candidates and internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
4. Participate in cross-departmental collaboration related to recruitment (e.g., campus recruitment, recruitment system optimization).
任职要求:
1. 具备至少1年招聘或人力资源领域工作经验,表现突出的应届毕业生亦可接受。
2. 英语听说读写流利,可在多元文化背景下进行顺畅交流。
3. 具备良好的沟通技巧与人际互动能力,重视团队合作精神。
4. 责任心强,执行能力强,能适应快节奏工作环境并同时处理多项任务。
1. At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or human resources; exceptional fresh graduates will also be considered.
2. Fluent English writing and speaking skills, with the ability to communicate confidently in a multicultural environment.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on teamwork.
4. Strong sense of responsibility and execution skills, capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
