Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both development and operations, with a focus on automating processes and optimizing infrastructure. This role involves working closely with development teams to ensure smooth and efficient deployment of applications, as well as managing and maintaining the underlying infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and manage scalable and reliable infrastructure using cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises solutions.
2.CI/CD Pipelines: Develop and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
3.Configuration Management: Utilize configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef) to automate and manage system configurations.
4.Monitoring & Logging: Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of applications and infrastructure.
5.Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
6.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve system issues, including performance bottlenecks, deployment failures, and configuration problems.
7.Security: Implement security best practices to protect systems and data, including access controls, encryption, and vulnerability management.
8.Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Technical Requirements:
1.Experience: 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or related role.
2.Technical Skills: Familiarity with Linux operating systems and common commands.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash), version control systems (e.g., Git), and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
3.Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
4.CI/CD Tools: Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar.
5.Configuration Management: Familiarity with tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
6.Monitoring Tools: Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar.
7.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
8.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
9.Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
1.Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Solutions Expert).
2.Experience with microservices architectures and orchestration tools.
3.Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
